Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Davinia Gómez Baranda trading as Limpiezas El Valle to private and business clients in Las Merindades and the province of Burgos, Spain.

2. Services

• → Domestic cleaning (homes, flats, rural houses)
• → Post-construction cleaning after renovations and new builds
• → Upholstery cleaning (sofas, armchairs, mattresses) with professional Kärcher equipment
• → Glass cleaning (interior and exterior)
• → Offices, commercial premises and residents' associations

3. Quotes and Pricing

Indicative prices are available on the services page. A binding quote is provided after assessment of the specific job, free of charge and with no obligation.

For jobs outside Espinosa de los Monteros, a travel surcharge of €1 per kilometre applies.

All prices include labour and professional equipment. Cleaning products may be included or provided by the client as agreed.

4. Booking

Bookings are made by phone or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once both parties have agreed on the date, time, type of service and price.

Limpiezas El Valle reserves the right to refuse or cancel a service if the actual conditions do not match those agreed.

5. Cancellation and Changes

The client may cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or client no-shows may incur a partial charge to cover travel costs.

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods:

• → Cash
• → Bank transfer
• → Bizum (Spanish payment service)

7. Liability

Limpiezas El Valle carries out all work with the utmost care and professionalism. We accept liability for damages directly caused by our work in accordance with applicable law.

We accept no liability for pre-existing damage or damage caused by unsuitable materials provided by the client.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Burgos, Spain.
