We work in Espinosa de los Monteros and throughout the comarca of Las Merindades, in the province of Burgos. How can I request a quote?

The quote is always free and comes with no commitment of any kind.
What hours are you available?
We work completely flexible hours, adapted to each client's needs. We can carry out services in the morning, afternoon, at weekends and even on bank holidays when required. Our aim is for the service to fit around your life, not the other way around.
What products do you use?
We use professional cleaning products suited to each type of surface and job. We always arrive with all the necessary materials, so the client does not need to worry about a thing.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. Limpiezas El Valle always comes with all the materials and products needed to do the job. The client does not need to provide anything. If for any reason you have a preference for a specific product, we can discuss it, but it is never a requirement.
Do you carry out post-construction cleaning for private clients?
Yes, we carry out post-construction cleaning for both private clients and building companies. This service is available after any type of renovation or construction: kitchen or bathroom refits, full refurbishments, new construction, flooring or tiling work, painting, etc.
Do you offer cleaning services for businesses?
Yes. We serve both private individuals and all types of businesses: offices, commercial premises, hospitality establishments, residents' associations, industrial units and any type of professional space. For businesses we can establish a maintenance contract with weekly, fortnightly or monthly frequency according to the needs of the business.
What if I am not satisfied with the result?
If for any reason the result does not meet what was agreed, we will remedy it at no additional charge. Our aim is for the client to be completely satisfied with the work. Before closing any service we carry out a final check of the result to make sure everything is in order.
How far in advance do I need to book?
It depends on availability at any given time. In general we try to adapt to the client's needs as quickly as possible. For urgent services, it is best to call us directly to see what options are available. For regular services, we recommend contacting us at least a few days in advance to organise the schedule in the best way.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. We issue invoices for all the services we carry out. If you are a company or self-employed and need the invoice with your tax number for expense deduction, that is no problem at all. Simply indicate this when requesting the service.
